Are your services backed by a warranty?

Yes our services are backed by a material defect and workmanship labor warranty, all warranties will be stated on estimate and final invoices.

Does your company provide access control systems?

At this time we do not, but we partner with many IT companies that can provide these services with you, allowing for easier project management.

Is your company insured to provide services should damage occur to my property?

Yes we carry full coverage to insure that in the unlikely event something unfortunate happens, we will be able to make everything right.

Can you hide wires?

Absolutely, that is our specialty. We can come up with custom solutions to make sure your install stays out of sight and out of mind. You want your devices to work, and we want them to look good while working.

Can't I just buy a wifi router from a big box store and connect my office wirelessly?

Wifi networks are not as secure as wired networks, and typically have dropouts in service, especially when located in a commercial building with a lot of other businesses nearby. By wiring your network, you are insuring that critical functions of your business operate reliably when you need them to most.

Why would I want to use fiber optic connections instead of ethernet?

Contact us for more info about this, as all networks are not the same. Many things can be accomplished without using fiber optics, but there are also many things that will "work" with ethernet but will not be reliable unless converted to fiber optics.

My house or office is already done being built, is it too late to install a network?

Absolutely not!, we have highly skilled technicians and the proper tools to perform challenging installations to get you the final results that you want.
